Hahaha, I can't stop laughing at your version of Lisa. It's hilarious.

But anyways, you've managed to copy the figures very well! I nearly thought it was a real episode of the Simpsons.
Audio is sort of crappy, but as you know it and you're going to fix it soon, it won't affect the score on my review.
The humour is excellent. 'Nuff said.

Even though you are new to Flash, you can try to make better animaions.

Short animations are great for practice. Try being more creative and realistic in your progress. Take bullets, for example: Bullets doesn't need more than one frame to reach its target, unless the scene is played in slowmotion/bullettime. Neither do they usually deflect by the hit on the target AND drag the target with it.

But you did it great when it comes to audio. The bloodsplat sound was greatly placed.

Search up some effect tutorials for Flash and keep working! You may become much greater just by taking a little more initiative!

Honestly. I though I had found the pot of gold already when I found the duo Justice, but this really blows its way up my favorite list! I bookmarked it and I was just about to download it when I started writing this.

Very good choise of instruments, though a little too variating around the first 1/3 of the melody. It also sounded pretty much like a mess around 01:15 - 01:30. I liked some parts exceptionally good, though, like the part from about 00:20 - 00:30.

It sounds like two minutes of the melody is pretty much just the same five second-beat played of 25 times, making the melody quite boring after a short while. It would sure have done great in a mini-game, but as a melody alone, it is not that exciting. I did sort of like the beat, though, so a 5/10 it will be.
